About the Regional Outlook Forum
The REGIONAL OUTLOOK FORUM (ROF) is the flagship event of the ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute held at the beginning of each year.
This one-day conference highlights and analyses global and regional political and economic trends that stakeholders in business and government should anticipate over the near and medium term. Speakers include distinguished scholars, businesspersons, and public intellectuals with strong international reputations. In addition to presentations from subject experts, the ROF features lively and in-depth question and answer sessions.
ROF2025, the 28th edition of ROF, is themed “Resilience amid Global Winds of Change”. The forum will delve into the pressing need for resilience amid the disruptions and uncertainties caused by political, geopolitical, technological, and economic upheavals at both national, regional and global levels.
